This work is based on research led by Professor Thomas Scheibel at the University of Bayreuth, in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Society and other German institutions. Key findings on the development and mechanism of this multifunctional, injectable hydrogel for cartilage regeneration were published in the scientific journal Nature Materials.
