German researchers have created a bioactive injectable gel that can regrow damaged joint cartilage without the need for invasive surgery. The hydrogel is packed with collagen fibers, growth factors, and compounds that attract stem cells, allowing the body to naturally rebuild cartilage in worn-out or injured joints. 🦵✨

This breakthrough could transform treatment for millions suffering from arthritis, sports injuries, and joint degeneration. Instead of knee or hip replacements, patients may soon regain mobility and strength through a simple injection—marking a major leap forward in regenerative medicine and pain-free recovery. 🌍🔬
This work is based on research led by Professor Thomas Scheibel at the University of Bayreuth, in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Society and other German institutions. Key findings on the development and mechanism of this multifunctional, injectable hydrogel for cartilage regeneration were published in the scientific journal Nature Materials.

डोळ्यांची काळजी घ्या
त डॉक्टरांनी सांगितलेली पथ्य…

1) डोळा मारायचा नाही,

2) कशावरही डोळा ठेवायचा नाही,

3) डोळ्यात डोळा घालून पहायचं नाही,

4) दुसऱ्याच्या डोळ्यातले कुसळं पाहायचं नाही, वर डोळे करायचे नाहीत.

5) दुसऱ्याच्या डोळ्यात अंजन घालायचं नाही,

6) डोळे भरून पहायचं नाही,

7) कानाडोळा करायचा नाही,

8) डोळ्यातले भाव वाचायचे नाहीत,

9) डोळे वटरायचे नाहीत,

आणि सर्वात महत्वाचं

10) बायकोने डोळे वटारून पाहिलं तर तिच्या डोळ्याला डोळा भिडवायचा नाही,

नाही तर परिणाम वाईट होऊ शकतात व पुन्हा इन्फेक्शन होईल.
