Ovulation का पता कैसे लगाया जा सकता है?
जब अंडा अंडाशय में बढ़ता है और परिपक्व होता है, तो उसे ओव्यूलेशन कहा जाता है। ओव्यूलेशन के समय का पता लगाकर महिला की फर्टाइल विंडो की गणना की जा सकती है और अगर वह इस फर्टाइल पीरियड में है तो उसके गर्भवती होने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है।
ओव्यूलेशन का पता लगाने के तरीके:
* पहला तरीका है सर्वाइकल म्यूकस मेथड, जिसमें ओव्यूलेशन के दौरान गर्भाशय से निकलने वाला डिस्चार्ज, जिसे सर्वाइकल म्यूकस कहते हैं, पतला हो जाता है, ताकि स्पर्म आसानी से गर्भाशय के अंदर जा सके। तो, इस बिंदु पर, एक महिला अपने ओव्यूलेशन का अनुमान लगाने के लिए अपने योनि स्राव का उपयोग कर सकती है।
* दूसरी है पंचांग विधि, जिसमें जिन स्त्रियों का मासिक धर्म नियमित रहता है, वे इस विधि का प्रयोग कर सकती हैं। यहाँ, मासिक धर्म के पहले दिन को नोट किया जाता है क्योंकि ओवुलेशन प्रक्रिया लगभग 14 दिन पहले हुई थी। और ओव्यूलेशन के समय से 5 दिन पहले और 5 दिन बाद के समय को फर्टाइल पीरियड कहा जाता है और अगर इस दौरान संभोग किया जाता है तो गर्भधारण की संभावना बढ़ जाती है।
* तीसरी विधि एक एलएच किट है, जो मूत्र गर्भावस्था परीक्षण की तरह है। यह किट हमें यह जानने में मदद करती है कि एलएच हार्मोन का उछाल कब शुरू होता है, क्योंकि ओव्यूलेशन प्रक्रिया 12 से 36 घंटे तक चलती है। इसलिए महिला के मूत्र को ड्रॉपर के माध्यम से किट में डाला जाता है और जब किट में दो रेखाएं दिखाई देती हैं, तो यह संकेत करता है कि एलएच वृद्धि पूरी हो गई है, और यदि इस समय संभोग होता है, तो यह गर्भावस्था में मदद करता है।
* चौथी विधि कूपिक निगरानी है, जो डॉक्टर के मार्गदर्शन में सोनोग्राफी के माध्यम से की जाती है। डॉक्टर मासिक धर्म के दौरान एक महिला पर अनुक्रमिक सोनोग्राफी करता है ताकि कूप के विकास की निगरानी की जा सके और ओव्यूलेशन के समय का पता लगाया जा सके, जिससे गर्भधारण की योजना बनाने में मदद मिल सके।

How can ovulation be detected?
When an egg grows and matures in an o***y, that is called ovulation. By finding out the time of ovulation, the fertile window of a woman can be calculated, and if she is in this fertile period, then her chances of getting pregnant increase.
Ways to detect ovulation:
*The first method is the cervical mucus method, in which, during ovulation, the discharge that comes out of the uterus, which is called cervical mucus, becomes thin so that the s***m can easily move inside the uterus. So, at this point, a woman can use her vaginal discharge to estimate her ovulation.
*The second is the calendar method, in which women whose menstruation is regular can use this method. Here, the first day of the period is noted as the ovulation process happened almost 14 days ago. And the 5 days before and 5 days after the time of ovulation are called the fertile period, and if sexual in*******se happens during this period, then the chances of pregnancy increase.
*The third method is an LH kit, which is like a urine pregnancy test. This kit helps us know when the LH hormone surge starts, as the ovulation process lasts for 12 to 36 hours. So the woman's urine is put in the kit through a dropper, and when the two lines are visible in the kit, it indicates that the LH surge is complete, and if in*******se happens at this time, it helps in pregnancy.
*The fourth method is follicular monitoring, which is done through sonography under a doctor's guidance. The doctor does sequential sonography on a woman during her period so that the growth of the follicle can be monitored and the time of ovulation can be found out, which can help plan a pregnancy accordingly.
