*WHY DOES IT PAIN?*

According to Ayurved pain is a symptom of imbalanced Vata dosha.

*WHAT IS VATA DOSHA?*

In environment as air(wind) is the element which helps in rainfall.
Air element is responsible for all the movements in environment.

In the same manner Vata is the most important dosha in our body.
It helps pitta and kapha to carry out their functions properly.

*WHAT IS VATA DOSHA'S WORK??*

Vata helps in all types of movements in the body.
From macro to micro for all movements Vata dosha is responsible.
Right from walking, jumping, swallowing, excretion to cellular fluid exchange all is done by vata dosha.

So when vata of certain part of body gets affected it also affects the other dosha's, dhatus, and malas of that part.

*RAINY SEASON AND VATA DOSHA??*

During rainy season due to the cold windy climate vata dosha is aggravated.
And thus many symptoms to vata imbalance occur in this season.
Rainy season is the best season to bring the vata in balanced condition by doing PANCHKARMA.
