Heartfelt thanks to our anaesthetist sir Dr Sunil gupta for a wonderful experience-of epidural labor analgesia .Without you sir it would not have been possible. Thanks to my staff for always monitoring the patients so efficiently. And last thanks to my dear husband dr Ritesh Yadav who always motivates me to keep the patient and their comfort as the top most priority.

Referred from a government hospital for a C-section due to 2 loops of cord around the baby’s neck.
I assessed the case and requested a trial of labor.
With close monitoring, she delivered vaginally.
👉 Baby cried immediately. No signs of distress.
👉 Mother and baby both safe and healthy.
📌 Cord around the neck (nuchal cord) is common and doesn’t always mean surgery is needed. Every case must be assessed individually — not all C-sections are unavoidable.
