In*******se ke baad…
legs upar rakhna, peshab rokna, specific position mein sona…

Kya sach mein pregnancy chances badh jaate hain? 🤔

Bahut couples ye ‘tricks’ follow karte hain…
par reality thodi different hoti hai.

Pregnancy depend karti hai fertilization par —
jab s***m egg tak successfully reach karta hai.

Aur ye process body ke andar hota hai…
na ki kisi position ya trick se control hota hai.

Haan, fertile window aur timing important hote hain —
par aise myths sirf confusion badhate hain.

Agar aap baby planning kar rahe ho…
toh guess work nahi, right medical guidance zaroori hai.

Pregnancy Instagram pe jitni easy dikhti hai, reality utni simple nahi hoti. 🤍

Body mein hormonal changes ke wajah se tiredness, low energy aur laziness feel hona normal hai. Lekin small lifestyle habits jaise early dinner, calm environment, relaxation techniques aur proper sleep routine aapko physically aur mentally better feel karne mein help karte hain.

Pregnancy mein sirf rest nahi, right routine bhi equally important hota hai — kyunki aapki wellbeing directly baby ki health se connected hai. ✨

Thoda mindful care, thoda self-love — that’s the real pregnancy glow.

Kabhi-kabhi bina proper consultation ke li gayi abortion pills serious complications ka reason ban sakti hain.

Pregnancy hamesha uterus ke andar develop ho, yeh zaroori nahi hota. Kuch cases me pregnancy uterus ke bahar develop hone lagti hai, jise ectopic pregnancy kehte hain. Yeh condition dangerous ho sakti hai aur time par diagnosis bahut important hota hai.

Isliye agar pregnancy terminate karni ho, toh self-medication ya medical store se pills lene ki jagah doctor ki guidance lena zaroori hai. Proper check-up aur ultrasound se hi safe decision liya ja sakta hai.

Awareness hi safety hai — apni health ko risk me mat dalo. 🤍

Baby planning ke time s***m ko egg tak travel karna hota hai.
Aur kuch lubricants s***m ki motility (movement) ko slow kar dete hain…
kabhi kabhi s***m survive bhi nahi kar pate.

Matlab aap try kar rahe ho…
par unknowingly pregnancy chances kam kar rahe ho.

Isliye agar aap conceive karne ki planning kar rahe ho,
toh lubricant use karne se pehle doctor se zaroor pooch lo.

Kabhi kabhi choti si information
pregnancy journey ko easy bana sakti hai.

Baby ko hiccups aaye toh tension lene ki zarurat nahi hai 😊

Newborns me hiccups kaafi common hote hain, especially feeding ke time ya feeding ke baad. Jab baby milk peeta hai, kabhi kabhi thodi si hawa bhi andar chali jaati hai. Isse chest aur tummy ke beech jo muscle hota hai, woh thoda stimulate ho jata hai — aur hiccups start ho jaate hain.

Yeh bilkul normal body reaction hai. Iska matlab yeh nahi ki baby ko koi problem hai.

Bas feeding ke baad baby ko gently burp karao aur comfortable position me rakho. Zyada cases me hiccups apne aap thodi der me ruk jaate hain.

Moms, overthink mat karo — har chhoti cheez emergency nahi hoti ❤️
