Our Journey to save Diabetic Foot
Dear all, We are very proud to say ,we are one of the leading Diabetic foot care service provider in Nashik and North Maharashtra. We started our journey by keeping an aim to save Diabetic Foot from Amputation and to make diabetic people free of wounds,making them to walk freely.
We started our service by establishing a foundation on 1st July 2017 and named as тАЬNashik Diabetic Foot FoundationтАЭ (NDFF) which can treats all non healing diabetic and non diabetic wounds not responding to any kind of treatment. This foundation is headed by Dr. Sachin Arsule , a renowned Diabetologist and first Diabetic foot specialist in North Maharashtra dedicated to manage all kinds of critical non healing diabetic and non diabetic wounds. NDFF is treating both Diabetics with wounds and with no wounds. Those with Diabetics but no wound at present are evaluated for any underlying Diabetic Neuropathy with the help of high end technology (Like Foot Scan, Doppler, Biosasthesiometer) and identifies High Risk Foot (Impending Ulcer). They are counselled and treated for neuropathy and Customized Diabetic Foot wears. They are routinely for reassessed for any development.
Those with Diabetic non healing wounds (Acute or Chronic) are being treated with variety of majors , from wound debridement to application of Advance dressing for better and fast healing of wounds. Newer technologies like VAC Therapy (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy), HBOT (Hyper Baric Oxygen Therapy) has shown excellent results in saving in many complicated diabetic wound and ultimately saving foot from Amputation or Re-Amputation.
With these mission of SAVE DIABETIC FOOT and STOP AMPUTATION , Nashik Diabetic Foot Foundation has saved many Feets and made them Walk their own...Aiming towards ZERO AMPUTATION in future.
