Characterised fixed removable prosthesis using Hader bar and clip attachment (selected due to poor periodontal support of 13, 23; poor bone quality of edentulous span and for maintenance of oral hygiene and esthetics). After further improvement in bone quality in sequential years, may opt for placement of dental implants.
