It was truly inspiring to see you return to your alma mater and share your expertise in Health & Nutrition with the next generation of pharmacists. Your blend of real‑world insights, interactive activities, and genuine enthusiasm not only sparked curiosity but also reinforced how essential a holistic understanding of nutrition is to future healthcare professionals. The students left the session feeling motivated and equipped with practical tips they can apply both personally and in their future practice.

On Sunday, 16 November 2025, Greenleaf Healthcare hosted the second part of its Classroom Session Series at Advay Villa by Phalke's, behind Fravashi International School, Dugaon, Nashik. The session titled _“Lifestyle Disorders” ran from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

*Highlights*
- A warm welcome and personal introductions set a friendly tone.
- The ceremony of Lighting the Lamp added a graceful touch.
- Twenty participants from diverse backgrounds—including Industry, Medicine, Automotive, Videography, Education, and Banking—joined the discussion.
- The program covered a range of topics related to Lifestyle disorders.

This event marks the continuation of Greenleaf’s Classroom Session Series. Details of the next session will be announced shortly.

Nutrition Connect- International Women's Day, 8th March 2025!

Another great moment to deliver the session on "Women's Health & Nutrition" for Pharmacy Students and Faculty of Sinhgad Technical Education Society's Sinhgad Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (SIPS), Lonavala, Pune.

नमस्कार.
सर्वप्रथम "ग्रीनलिफ हेल्थकेअर" परिवारातर्फे सर्वांना सादर प्रणाम!

सौ. शिल्पा देशमुख संचलित "सृजननाद" तर्फे रविवार, दिनांक १२ फेब्रुवारी २०२५ रोजी "सृजनसभा" अंतर्गत माझे "अन्न हेच औषध" विषयावर व्याख्यान आयोजित केले होते.
शिल्पाचे कौतुक ह्या साठीच की सर्व भरतनाट्यम शिकणाऱ्या विद्यार्थिनिंच्या आरोग्याची काळजी घेणेसुद्धा तितकेच आवश्यक असते ह्या हेतूने योग्य "न्यूट्रिशन आणि त्याचे आपले शरीर तसेच मनावर होणारे सकारात्मक परिणाम" ह्या बद्दल सविस्तर बोलणे झाल्यानंतर त्वरित माझे सेशन ठेवले आणि विद्यार्थिनिंच्या पालकांना सुद्धा आवर्जून आमंत्रित केले जेणेकरून ज्या ज्या गोष्टी सेशन दरम्यान सांगितल्या जातील त्या अमलात आणणे शक्य व्हावे. अश्या प्रकारे भरतनाट्यम शिकणाऱ्या विद्यार्थिनींची शारीरिक आणि मानसिक काळजी घेण्याचा आग्रह धरणाऱ्या शिल्पा देशमुख ह्यांचे निश्चितच वेगळेपण आहे हे आवर्जून नमूद करावेसे वाटते. सेशन घेतांना जाणवलेले अजून एक वेगळेपण म्हणजे शिल्पा देशमुख ह्यांना तितक्याच हिरीरीने साथ देणारे त्यांचे पती श्री प्रीतम नाकिल (प्रख्यात शास्त्रीय गायक). शिल्पा - प्रीतम आणि शिकणाऱ्या विद्यार्थिनी हे एक छान कुटूंब आहे कारण सेशन इतक्या सुंदर पद्धतीने अरेंज करून पूर्णत्वास नेणाऱ्या ह्या सर्व त्यांच्या विद्यार्थिनीच. खरे तर हे पहिलेच सेशन होते आणि १.५ तास झाल्यावरही सेशन तसेच पुढे ठेवण्याचा आग्रह होता मात्र वेळेअभावी थांबणे आवश्यक असल्याने नजिकच्या भविष्यात पुन्हा एकदा भेटण्याची कमिटमेंट देऊन सेशनची समाप्ती केली.
"सृजननाद" संस्थेस त्यांच्या पुढील वाटचालीस अनेक शुभेच्छा!
