Diet plan for Navratri
The Navratri. Here we have plan an easy diet plan for you, along with an exercise for the day. This way you will not need to worry how to go about this. Please remember to consume a minimum of two litres water every day.
Day 1
Breakfast: Banana+ 1 glass of milk +Handful of dryfruits
Snack: Coconut water+ 8-10 nuts
Lunch: Boiled aloo chat with curd
Snack: Green tea+ sabudana chaat
Dinner: Paneer subzi+ Rajgera roti
Exercise of the day: Walk ( 30 minutes)
Day 2
Breakfast: Fruit bowl+ 1 glass of milk +Handful of dryfruits
Snack: Chaach with sendha (Rock) salt+ 8-10 nuts
Lunch: Sabudana Khichdi with peanuts and tomatoes
Snack: Green tea+ 2 bananas
Dinner: Aloo ki subzi+ singhade ki roti+upavas kadhi
Exercise of the day: Yoga for 45 minutes
Day 3
Breakfast: Amaranth oats+ nuts+ grated coconut
Snack: Nimbu paani+ fruit bowl
Lunch :banana with milk
Snack: Green tea+ aloo chaat
Dinner: Bhagar
Exercise of the day: Light jog for 20 minutes
Day 4
Breakfast: 2 Banana+ 1 apple +1 orange+ 1 glass of milk
Snack: 8-10 nuts+ coconut water
Lunch: Singhade ki roti+ paneer subzi
Snack: Green tea+ Sabudana chaat
Dinner: sabudana khichdi
Exercise of the day: Dance for 30 minutes
Day 5
Breakfast: Milkshake- banana + soaked almonds
Snack: Green tea+ 2 apples
Lunch: Rajgera thalipeethwith mint chutney
Snack: Mint chaach
Dinner: Tomato soup
Exercise of the day: 40 minute aerobics workout
Day 6
Breakfast: Upavas bhajni paratha+ mint chutney
Snack: Coconut water+ 8-10 nuts
Lunch: Sabudana khichdi+ peanuts
Snack: Green tea+ 1 banana+ 1 apple
Dinner: 1 glass of warm milk+ handful of nuts
Exercise of the day: Stairs for 20 minutes
Day 7
Breakfast: Banana+ 1 glass of milk +Handful of dryfruits
Snack: Coconut water+ 8-10 nuts
Lunch: Boiled aloo chat
Snack: Green tea+ sabudana chaat
Dinner: Bhagar
