Our Production facility is equipped with high precision balance for gravimetric filling and blending with very low blend tolerances (PT) and highest certification accuracy (CA) , high integrity filling and mixing manifold with material of construction selected to be compatible with high purity gases , reactive and corrosive gases, high integrity pressure measurement and control systems. These manifolds are constructed to eliminate / minimize molecular diffusion and contamination by absorption and desorption phenomenon.

We are one of the largest manufacturers and supplier of Food grade Liq Carbon Dioxide Dry Ice Pan India, with an expertise of almost long 25years we have rapidly immerged ourselves to undertake a Turnkey based DRY ICE project with complete revert system plants across countries. The carbon dioxide gas is pressurized and cooled to form liquid CO2. The liquid carbon dioxide is injected into either a block press or pelletizer. These dry ice production plants have chambers in which, once released to atmospheric pressure, the liquid carbon dioxide converts to dry ice snow and carbon dioxide gas.

Hydro testing of Cylinders
Basically hydraulic cylinder tests assess a cylinder for flaws or leaks. This is important because cylinders can explode if they cannot contain the compressed gas. Essentially cylinders are made of a material that has a flexibility of expansion and contraction during pressurization. For various reasons this flexibility of expansion and contraction begins to deteriorate (weaken) over a period of time. Similarly, on account of other conditions such as filling, handling, transportation, floor conditions, there are chances of wear and tear over a period of time. It may also develop certain other defects normally rendering a cylinder unsafe for use. Globally such cylinders are required to be periodically tested every 5 years for visual damages, weight loss and loss of elasticity. Therefore it is very important to periodically do Hydraulic test of cylinders. We offer this service in accordance with the gas cylinder rules laid down by Govt. Explosives Department (CCOE).
