This patient of age -54years had a complex proximal humerus 3part fracture.she came all the way from Vizag to me and got operated at our ASTHI hospital.I used synthes AO philos plate.In any corporate hospital it will cost around 1.5 to 2lakhs but I did it at reasonable cost.

Three months follow up postop x rays healed beautifully and patient is able to do 90 to 100degrees of abduction and patient is happy.started Physiotherapy to gain further abduction.
