Women consult doctors for various health problems but feel shy to discuss their urinary complaints. Most importantly urinary incontinence which is involuntary leakage of urine on coughing, straining and change of posture. This can be because of simple urinary infection or because of weak muscles post delivery. Fortunately these problems are easily treatable with medicines and if required surgery. So stop facing embarrassment and start seeking solutions (treatment )

Sharp pain in your flank which moves to your back could be because of a small stone in your ureter. This is the tube that connects your kidney to your bladder. Another symptom it causes is the urge to pass urine frequently. Make sure u drink enough water everyday. Get a urologist opinion to find out whether the stone will pass naturally or not

A lot of people ask just how much water should one drink every day. Some assume 2 litres others upto 5 litres. Well I don't blame them. Doctors simply advise drink sufficient water.
Well there is a simple way to find out how much is sufficient for u. Stand in front of the mirror and have a look at your tongue. If it is pink and moist and is not coated whatever amount u are having every day is sufficient for u. If on the other hand is dry and coated than u need to increase your water intake by around 500 ml a day
