Thumb - Related to Root Chakra (Mulladhar chakra) and Fire element and universal consciousness
Index finger - Related to Aagya Chakra , the air and individual consciousness
Middle finger - Related to Sahshtra Chakra , Aakash
Ring finger - Related to Earth
Little finger - Related to Water, manipur or nabhi chakra and swadhisthan
1. Gyana Mudra
Touch the tip of the thumb and the tip of the index or 1st finger together. The other 3 fingers have to be kept straight.
