The Path to Health Clinic was founded by Dr. Anjali Nakra who has over three decades of experience as a physician and has been a pioneer in lifestyle medicine in Delhi. The Path to Health Clinic is committed to bringing change in people's lifestyles to enable them to lead happy and healthy lives to prevent and manage diseases better. Changing lifestyles have led to a rapid rise in the incidence of diseases like obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, poly-cystic ovarian syndrome, some cancers and dementias.
