As you must have read our earlier post about him... Today in PDCET counseling he got DNB ortho from Indore.

This seat DNB had not included in last counseling and Dr Dev couldn't get it.

But here is he today with his desired seat .

hello friends,

yet another day to rejoice and feel contended for our efforts we did a year back.

Repeated reminders and notices sent to DNB Dwarka office.

days and nights of hard work and lacs of rupees spent by our batch people to tame DNB and to make them understand that seats should not get transferred instead allotted to the same session.

It took one year, we had many doubts whether DNB would do it or not...

but here it is...

"FORTUNE FAVORS THE BRAVE"

Kind attention: DNB Jan 2015 rank holders,

Who says MIRACLES DON'T Happen,
For here is one MIRACLE that has happened in history of DNB CET counseling you will never have heard of....

And it re instates our faith in the fact that "FORTUNE FAVORS THE BRAVE"

Here is a story of Dr Dev Krishan Sharma.

He is a D. Orthopaedic, practising in a govt hospital in Madhya Pradesh who gave DNB PDCET Jan 2015.

He attended first round of PDCET counseling and opted out as he did not get a seat if his choice...

And when the second round of PDCET Jan 2015 counseling was going on, he FORGOT to attend it as he was giving EXECUTIVE MBA exams.

Yes you read it right... He FORGOT to attend or opt out of second round counseling for DNB PDCET JAN 2015.

Then he realised when extended second round seat matrix came out and there were seats in DNB Orthopedics and he was in utter desperation and disgust what to do...

He filed a case against DNB in DELHI High court and MIRACULOUSLY COURT ALLOWED HIM TO ATTEND TODAYS COUNSELING....

YOU WONT BELIEVE IT...

EVEN I ALSO DIDN'T...

Finally our efforts have started showing colors...

DNB has learnt a lesson now...

hello everyone,

Happy Holi to all of You!!!

may God shower colors of Happiness into our lives, and each one of you, get a seat you desired until you cleared your PG entrance exam...

And to those who are still preparing, Do not loose hope, and continue your hard work post Holi celebrations...

we are fighting everyday for a better future for all our JUNIORS...

Now, an important update for everyone...

recently our friends had filed a case for JULY DNB 2014 extended counselings...

we have got a copy of it procured and updated here...

if you see, COURTS ARE VERY MUCH AWARE THAT SEATS TRANSFER BY DNB DEPRIVES US OF precious PG SEATS...

this case as per our knowledge was posted for hearing on 03.03.2015.

On the day of hearing on 03.03.2015, court questioned DNB why they do not conduct multiple rounds of counselings and ordered DNB to frame guidelines for future. and reserved order to be passed at a later date...
we are still waiting for that order to come and know what was the final outcome...

Hence, as you all see, WITHOUT A FIGHT, DNB never gives anything,,,

DNB july session people fought, and they might stand a chance to get one more round of counseling for them... they might stand to get a seat they had been waiting for...

We leave it now on DNB JANUARY session candidates to think for their future and decide for themselves in an open forum...

we can just guide you...

its a path you have to make for your own better future... its your own fight... it depends on you, when you start it...

Lesson learnt by us last year was: The earlier you start your fight, the brighter are the chances of WINNING.

This is how we got 5(five) rounds of counselings last year...

now its for all of you to Think, Ponder, Decide and ACT!!!

ATTENTION DNB JAN 2015 RANK HOLDERS:

HI,

This post is being written to inform you all that first round DNB counseling is announced now.

The schedule is attached here with this post.

But nowhere it is mentioned by DNB as to how many rounds they shall be conducting.

Last year, we fought and got five rounds of DNB counseling and Approx 400 candidates got benefitted.

This year also we trying to get the same dine but ALL OF THE NEEDY STUDENTS ARE SCARED OR SLEEPING.

IF YOU GUYS WANT COUNSELINGS LIKE LAST YEAR, come forward and lets fight and get our RIGHT.

Later when counseling s get over, you can only repent n make futile attempts to get further counsellings...

Hi,

I have put a few posts in past to enlighten all of Dnb January 2015 rankers about malpractices of DNB in conducting counseling every year. But many of you do not understand the present scenario. Till u all learn, it will be too late.

I personally faced the brunt of this malpractice last year. I had qualified Dnb Jan 2014 and secured 4430 rank.

When rest of my colleague s were writing mails and doing calls to DNB, I with few of my friends decided that we have to break the unjust n partial ways of Dnb counseling we filed multiple writ petitions in Delhi High Court and we successfully got five rounds of DNB counseling and many of us got very good seats. One of them is Aniket Agarwal who got Dnb Radiology @ Diwan chand, Delhi. Other is Manish Yadav doing DNB ortho@ Ganga Ram and many similar stories. Both of them had their ranks in 3000's in DNB n got these seats in fifth round counselling.

After last year's fight we thought DNB will learn a lesson but again in July 2014 session they conducted two rounds of counselling and ended the counseling process. Inspite seats going vacant after second round. Seats vacant by those who took a seat but later did not join them.

And they will do similarly this January 2015 session also if we do not act now.

We have decided to FIGHT AGAIN.

We have decided that this MALPRACTICE OF DNB HAS TO END NOW.

We shall no more be deprived of seats because of their LAZY ATTITUDE OF NOT CONDUCTING MULTIPLE ROUNDS OF COUNSELING.

We have decided this after getting calls and inputs from many of you in the past few weeks.

So let's unite and fight.

We shall be getting Writ Petition prepared in next few days and get it filed before the first round of counseling is announced and get a STAY ON COUNSELING, OR GET IT RE SCHEDULED AFTER AIPG FIRST round counselling to PREVENT SEAT BLOCKING BY AIPG RANKERS.

We shall be needing sufficient funds for the same and we would like you all to volunteer for this cause and those in delhi to contact me and form a team for further assistance and action.

Let's fight, let's rise!!!

hi everyone,

as happened last july 2014 session DNB conducted two rounds of counseling and abruptly ended counseling process and consequently now HUNDREDS of seats from JULY 2014 session will get transffered to JAN 2015 session depriving many of us.

but none the less, we can pre contemplate that this time again, similar might happen in JAN 2015 session also.

taking a precedent from that, we plan to pre emptively file a case in DELHI HIGH COURT against DNB to Stop seat transfer and to conduct rounds of counselings on JAN 2014 pattern and allot all the seats.

This will benefit hundreds by getting a good clinical seat in a good institute and to prevent one more DROP year for hundreds of students.

many of you have approached us for this HELP and we have decided that now its not the time to THINK BUT TO ACT!!!

counseling for JAN 2015 session will soon be announced, so we have very less time..

we would like you to come forward and support us in this cause. we need volunteers amongst you all...

hi everyone,

As the results of aipg and dnb are finally out. A hearty congratulations to everyone who qualified this year.

as promised last year, we helped all to acheive goal of five counselings in DNB.

This year similarly many of you have approached us for help and want us to help you attain it again as DNB has NOT YET REPLIED TO OUR LETTER FOR CLARIFICATION OF SCHEME FOR COUNSELING THIS YEAR.

if there is sufficient number of candidates who think we should file a writ petition for extended rounds and streamlining with aipg counseling and TO STOP SEAT TRANSFER TO JULY SESSION, WE WILL DEFINITELY DO SO TO HELP OUR JUNIORS.

Hi everyone,

Happy New Year to all of you! May this year bring you all success n desired results to all the hard work you have put till today.

Results are being eagerly awaited by all of us. Hopefully they will be out this fortnight and we wish All The Best to all of you!!!

Now let's come to the hot issue at hand...

Inspite of so many letters sent by us to DNB and reminders to the same, DNB has not replied to any of them till now. We feel they are not in a mood to implement what was decided in our meeting with them.

That's very painful!!! Let's see what counseling schedule they come out with and we shall plan our next step accordingly after consulting and discussing with all of you.

Secondly, many of you have been asking that will there b a third, fourth, or fifth round counseling for July 2014 session, And whether we should wait or what should we do now, our Dec 2015 session exam didn't go well, should we sign a petition or send mails to DNB.

Our advice to all of you is this:-
We did all that you are thinking last year in Jan 2014 session counseling but all of it FAILED and everything went to Dead Ears.

Then we had to take the legal route and that was also not easy but we finally managed to get FIVE counseling s. Something which was never heard of in history of DNB and hundreds of innocent medicos like us didn't had to drop another year and the MOVED on with their desired branch and speciality.

So let's wait for the result s and counseling schedule. And then we shall discuss what needs to be done TO GET WHAT WE DESERVE.
