I have been teaching movement for many years now, and somehow I still feel like I am only just beginning to understand how incredible the body really is.
What started as a love for Pilates grew into something much deeper over time. A real curiosity about how we move, how we hold stress, how we change through different stages of life, and how much better we can feel when we start paying attention to our bodies.
Over the years, my work has grown with me. From posture and strength to pelvic floor health, muscle mass, and women’s wellbeing, this has become about so much more than exercise. It is about helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies, more confident in how they move, and more connected to themselves.
I still learn something new every day. That is one of the reasons I love this work so much.
And I feel really grateful that I get to keep sharing it with you.
