*SHANI PRADOSHAM PUJA & RUDRABHISHEKAM*

*Date : Saturday, 28th December 2024*
*Time : 4.30 pm to 6.00 pm*
*Venue : Ramana Kendra Delhi, 8, Institutional Area, Lodhi Road*

*Pradosham* is a very auspicious day celebrated bi-monthly on the thirteenth day (Trayodashi) of every fortnight. The 3-hour period 1.5 hours before and after sunset is considered as the most auspicious and optimal time for worshiping Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati.

*The ensuing Pradosham which falls on a Saturday ruled by Lord Saturn, the planet of Karma (called as Shani Pradosham), is considered very propitious for offering prayers to Lord Shiva.* Sri Rudra Abhishekam is done with sacred offerings of various dravyas (substances) to the chant of Rudram (Namakam, Chamakam), Purusha Suktam and other Vedim Hymns.

*Devotees interested to take part in the Pradosha Puja and Abhishekam by way of Sankalpam may do so by providing details of individual / family members’ viz. Name, Gotram, Nakshatram, to the Kendra Office* [Shri N.G. Krishnan, Mob.No.9013740405 or Shri G.V. Narayanan, Mob. No.9555207533]. The Seva for Sankalpam is Rs. 300/-.

The names of devotees who are interested but unable to physically present themselves shall be included in the Puja Sankalpam.

*Donations for Puja materials and other Puja expenses are welcome*.

Devotees wishing to offer Puja materials viz. oil, ghee, milk, flowers, fruits etc. can also do so before the Puja commences.

With the divine grace of Bhagavan, *Ms. Divya Kashyap*, a long time devotee of Bhagavan, will be conducting *Children's Satsang on every 2nd Saturday* of the month starting *12th October 2024* at the Ramana Kendra, Delhi.

*Age Group : 12-16 years*

*Time : 11:00 am to 12:00 noon*

Ms. Divya will be providing life lessons to these Angels in interactive manner through Story Telling, Skits, Role plays, Art Forms etc. besides engaging them in Chanting, Meditation, and Yoga.

The Children's Satsang is aimed at laying a strong foundation of moral & spiritual values among the children thus enabling their overall development.

*128th Anniversary of the Advent of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi at Sri Arunachala, Tiruvannamalai*

*Date: Sunday, 1st September 2024*
*Time: Morning Ritual: 8.15 am to 1.30 pm; Evening Event: 5.00 pm to 8.30 pm*

*Ramana Kendra Delhi* is organizing *Mahanyasa Ekadasa Rudrabhishekam* on Sunday, 1st September 2024 (morning) on the occasion of 128th Anniversary of the Advent of Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi at Sri Arunachala. *This marks the day when in 1896, Bhagavan arrived at the sacred hill of Arunachala in Tiruvannamalai* and spent the rest of his life guiding and still continuing his guidance to countless devotees across the world towards self-realization.

Incidentally, *this was also the day in the year 1963 when Ramana Kendra Delhi came into being* thanks to the stupendous efforts of the founders who were elevated souls and had the good fortune of association with Bhagavan while he was in his physical body.

In the evening, a *Documentary Film “Darshan - Gaze of Grace”* *Directed by Ms. Japna Tulsi*, a long-time devotee of Bhagavan, will be Screened in the Auditorium of Ramana Kendra Delhi. This will be followed by *Devotional Musical Offerings by Aditya and Richa*; and *Special Bhajans on Bhagavan Ramana by Ms. Jayanthy Aiyar*. The programme will conclude with the *Parayanam of Arunachala Aksharamanamalai*.
