IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR BETTER EYE SIGHT__ (1) Sufficient light and distance should be maintain . (2) Reduce unnecessary mental, physical stressand strain. (3)Relax your shoulder and neck region. (4) Avoid reading stress. (5) Avoid excess of reading , watching, TV / movies and doing close work. (6) Keep the sinuses and nasal trac free from infection. (7) Avoid fried foods,strong spices, liquor , smoking, tea. coffee, sweets and cold eatables. (8) Eat wholesome fruits and vegetables. (9) Take fresh orange, mosambi,carrot, and papaya. (10)Take sprouts , lettuce, cabbage, spinach, parsley and other leafy vegetables etc.(11)Observe slow and deep breathing for few minutes. (12) Apply cold pack on eyes for 10 minutes, onceor twice a day. (13) Regular practice of these exercises give cooling and soothing effect to the eye muscles,optic nerves and to the brain. All the above exercises can be practised in standing or sitting posture.
