The Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Introduction of Artificial Intelligence and Data Analysis & Its Application in Bank” was successfully conducted on 01st October 2025 at PSB Training Centre, Rohini. The session was delivered by Ms. Deepika, Assistant Professor at JIMS Sector-5 Rohini, Innovation Ambassador, and IIC Convenor. The programme aimed to equip participants with an understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analysis, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the banking sector. Participants learned how AI is transforming operations such as fraud detection, customer service, loan processing, and compliance monitoring. Real-life banking examples and case studies were shared, including AI initiatives by major banks like SBI and Federal Bank. The session also highlighted ethical considerations, myths versus facts of AI adoption, and the importance of responsible and transparent use of technology. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and Machine Learning concepts were introduced with practical illustrations relevant to banking operations. The training emphasized that AI complements human intelligence by enhancing efficiency rather than replacing human roles. Overall, the session was highly interactive, insightful, and prepared participants to adopt AI-driven solutions responsibly in their professional domains.
