😋Khapli Atta Rainbow Wrap: A Celebration of Wholesome Nourishment
In a world increasingly obsessed with macros, I find joy in returning to food as food—whole, vibrant, and emotionally nourishing. This wrap, made with organic khapli atta, is filled with antioxidant-rich vegetables and creamy oil-free hummus. Yes, it delivers ~25g of plant-based protein per serving, but its true power lies in the harmony of ancient grains, vibrant colors, and gentle preparation.
✅️Ingredients include khapli atta roti, oil-free hummus (chickpeas, tahini, lemon, garlic, cumin), and a rainbow of veggies—purple cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, sprouted lentils, and h**p hearts.
✅️Method: Knead khapli atta into soft dough, roll and dry roast into rotis. Blend hummus ingredients until creamy. Lightly steam sprouts and broccoli, then layer all veggies over the hummus on the roti. Roll into a wrap and serve fresh.
