COVID-19, The Corona virus.
Let's understand that maintaining hygiene internally is as important as maintaining it externally.

By
By internally I mean to say
- eating healthy food rich in anti oxidants, fiber, fluid, vitamins and minerals.
They are a great source to boost immunity.
-Intermittent fasting is also a boon in giving rest to the GIT and releasing more enzymes..
-Drink more of water
-Eating whole fruit is better than juices.
- Include spices like clove, cumin ,cinnamon, turmeric, oregano leaves in your food.
- Eating ginger, garlic ,onion ,tomatoes is also good
- Dark chocolate is a cherry on top.

Breathing exercises like deep breathing , anulom vilom purifies lungs.

Meditation - Sitting realxed with eyes closed and performing pranayam like Bhramari is an indirect way of improving body functions....

Everybody must realize the importance of exercises .These may be in form of yoga, aerobics or basic core either..

Do that little bit...
