Dr Promilla after graduating from Arm forces medical college, Pune (1970) did her pediatric training and post graduation from Safdarjung hospital. She underwent further advanced training in Pediatric medicine at Leeds General Infirmary, UK and Harrogate General Hospital, UK. In 1981 she started her independent pediatric practice and since then she has been involved in the care of new borns, children and adolescents.
