The founding power-woman Ms. Poonam Jain had the empathy to serve and ‘business’ happened as by-product. We served citizens of 35+ countries, numerous Embassies, MNCs, international Insurance companies; in Search, Rescue, Evacuation, Medical support, Medical Transport and even Death. Challenges many in this unorganised Sectors. The basic premise of getting into Medical Assistance domain in 2014 was: Ethics, Empathy and Economy.
What we had noticed is Market is replete with Fraudsters, Fakes, Fleecers. They would offer moon at crazy low price. Every Tom-Dick-Harry is an Air-Ambulance service provider🤒🤒. Just a Google search will yield 50 results. We may not appear on even 2nd page :-)

During Pandemic, such crooks minted money by overcharging. Coincidentally, we clocked lowest business ever, since we could not kill our ethics.
