The biggest challenge for radiation oncology in the current scenario is organ motion and the good news is now we have a technology which enable us to counter it. Image guided radiotherapy, four dimensional imaging and Linear Accelerator ( capable of capturing internal organ motion) are all part of technological innovations which empowers radiation oncologists to treat most challenging scenarios in oncology. Hope these modern technologies will take us further ahead of already achieved success milestones
