Using ghee like this where you can see the smoke coming out, is dangerous for health.

Though ghee is known for its high smoke point, when you see smoke coming out it means that you’ve crossed that temperature mark - which usually happens with Indian style cooking.

solutions:
use ghee on cooked Chapatti/roti (thereby avoiding direct contact of ghee with heat)
control the temperature while cooking so that on heating ghee doesn’t give out smoke.
