Most omega-3 supplements on store shelves are powered by marketing, not meaningful doses.

Tiny amounts of ALA or low EPA & DHA are often labeled “premium,” but your body needs real numbers, not hype.

For proper hormone, brain, and heart support, look for:
✔ 250–500 mg EPA
✔ 100–200 mg DHA per serving

Plant-based omega-3 like flaxseed oil is beneficial, but it provides ALA, not EPA/DHA. With a conversion rate of less than 5%, it’s simply not enough on its own. If you’re vegetarian or vegan, choose a quality algae oil that delivers active EPA & DHA directly.

I used to think fat loss was simple:

🚶‍♀️ 10,000 steps a day
🥗 “Healthy” food
💧 Enough water

…yet my body wasn’t changing.

My weight didn’t move.
My clothes didn’t fit better.
I actually felt more exhausted, puffy, and stuck.

One of my clients kept telling herself,
“It’s okay, I’ll sleep later, I just need to finish this one last thing.”
