Manage day-to-day accounting at the residential site.
Handle maintenance collection, resident dues, and billing.
Prepare monthly maintenance invoices, electricity/water bills (if applicable).
Maintain vendor payments, petty cash, purchase records & bills.
Handle manpower-related accounts (housekeeping, security, technical staff).
Maintain income & expenditure reports for the society/project.
Perform bank reconciliation, cheque deposits, and online payment tracking.
Prepare GST invoices, basic TDS entries (as required).
Create monthly MIS reports, cash flow reports & collection summaries.
Coordinate with Facility Manager / Site In-charge for financial updates.
Assist during audits, documentation & yearly financial statements.
🔹 Skills Required

Handle end-to-end manpower hiring for industrial sites (ITI, Diploma, Helpers, Operators, Technicians, etc.).
Coordinate with clients, HR, and site supervisors for manpower requirement & deployment.
Maintain compliance (ESI, PF, Labour Laws, Minimum Wages).
Resolve on-site issues, worker grievances, and absenteeism.
Handle MIS reports, attendance sheets, daily/weekly manpower status.
Coordinate with sourcing team for bulk hiring (ITI, Diploma & Non-Technical).
Ensure manpower availability during peak demand, urgency, or replacement needs.
