🪷 When I look back & reflect, what appears is the deep sense of gratitude 🙏 for whatever 2025 brought, a whole new level of personal & professional challenges, a phase of life that demanded to keep up mentally, emotionally & physically to cope up with new challenges that did set me more strongly on the path of where I see myself reaching.

🪷 The year laid a beautiful path towards realizing my dreams, but with loads of effort & energy going into rising above limiting beliefs, physical challenges & emotions ups & downs.

🪷 After all the storm in 2025, I believe the waters seem to be settling now, giving me a clear direction & path for my way ahead.

🪷 In a fast-paced life, we wish to have everything health without any discipline.

‘Atha yoga anushasanam’, the first sutra of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, that translates to ‘Now, the discipline of yoga begins’, signifies where actually the practice of yoga begins.

🪷 Going deeper, the sutra says, when you are about to start following the teachings and practices of yoga, it begins with being in the present moment and approaching yoga as a disciplined, systematic path rather than just physical poses.

☀️ ‘Atha’ means “now” or “at this moment” and is a traditional, auspicious way to begin a teaching. It calls the practitioner to be fully present for the practice that is about to unfold.

☀️ ‘Yoga’ in this context refers to the union of mind, body, and spirit, a holistic path that fosters integration and harmony.

☀️ ‘Anushasanam’ refers to ‘discipline’, a structured, systematic, and step-by-step method. It highlights that yoga is a disciplined path that guides the practitioner toward a specific goal.
