The pandemic has brought fear along with it. But we need to focus on what to do so that we can prevent the virus as much as possible
-Wash your hands at regular intervals using a soap
-Do not shake hands with anyone or make any close contact to avoid transmission
-Try keeping distance from people while having a conversation (at least 2metres), this will reduce chances of virus particles entering through your mouth or nostrils.

❌ Do Not Use Masks with Valves❌

Masks with valves are effective against Pollution but not COVID-19
The increasingly common ban on masks with valves comes as researchers have learned more about how the coronavirus spreads, and the risk that the valves pose.
Some masks and respirators have a little plastic piece embedded in the fabric. It’s a one-way valve. That means it closes when you breathe in, so pathogens can’t get in through it. But when you breathe out, this valve opens, creating a doorway for your exhalation to leave the mask.
