Chai + biscuitβ¦ kitna harmless lagta hai, utna hota nahi βπͺπ
Hum sochte hain βbas chai hi toh haiβ,
lekin reality yeh hai ki hidden carbs biscuits aur rusk se quietly add hote jaate hain.
π Normal milk chai + sugar
π βBas ekβ biscuit (jo usually 4 ban jaata hai)
π Aur rusk jo light lagta haiβ¦
Result?
β Chai break β ek proper carb-heavy meal (~60g carbs)
Awareness hi pehla step hai better sugar control ka.
