Hi Friends I will not speak much about Covid, it's symptoms, precautions or its mental health implications as everyones already aware about it. Now the information is actually overloaded everywhere .But talking about it when you experience it yourself makes a little difference.
We have been diagnosed Covid Positive few days back so thought to share some of my views .This post is for everyone including all our wellwishers who are concerned about our health. Firstly I would like to extend my Thanks to All for their Wishes, Prayers and Help🙏.
It is natural at this time to be tensed. But there's a very thin line between naturally being upset and getting a Psychological disease due to overthinking and overworry...Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks nd more. From last year I have seen so many cases which are just based on Health Illness Anxiety,B.P Phobias, Obsessive Thoughts.These were not just negative thoughts or simple worry ..But They were full fledged cases of Psychological disorders caused due to worry, negative thinking, Overthinking & Tensions.
Also it is important to understand that there is a big difference between using Psychological jargons casually like saying that " I am Anxious Corona is on high" and Actually getting an Anxiety episode where you experience symptoms of nervousness, uneasiness, fear, excessive worry, increased heart rate, rapid breathing trembling, palpitations, sweating,muscle twitching ,weakness ,tiredness .What am trying to say here is that being tensed about the present scenario won't bring you any good but rather it will bring in more trouble where the negative thoughts or simple worry might turn into a psychological disorder if more than required time & attention is given to it.
We all know that a great immune system is required for dealing with the symptoms.But unfortunately Stress lowers down our immune system making our condition worse.So it's very important that we stay Calm, Positive, Stress free and not create any Panic in our minds.A Positive Attitude is much needed for a speedy recovery. Deep Breathing , Meditation , Positive Thoughts, Healthy Diet, Medicines and Relaxed State is all needed for a better healing.Please stay away from people who will scare you, overloaded social media or news channels and even ur own over thinking demons.
With God's grace and Positive Attitude🙏 we are able to sail through smoothly and recovering well .This is indeed a tough time for all of us but let's fight it with a Cool, Calm and Positive Approach.😊👍
