About a decade ago, I treaded on a new path that resonated with my sensibilities and persona. I had always possessed high sensitivity and emotional quotient which sharpened through ups and downs and organic growth in life. I believe that I can lend a healing hand and smoothen the rough edges in the lives of others through my healing, psychic and people's person skills of relating and connecting on deeper levels. An instinctive soul, I began to follow and hear my intuition very closely in the last decade. This inner churning was complemented by experiences which were premonitory, vivid with explicit visions, dreams and incidences before major happenings in and around my life.

25 years of work experience out of which 16 years of mentoring and teaching English Literature and language to hundreds of students and another 8 years of social development work cemented my belief that I could heal, relate to and help all age groups in different genres of life through my warm, empathetic and clairvoyant approach to stress and strains of life. That’s when I set out on a mission to bring happiness, focus and passion in the lives of those who are distressed and needed guidance through various healing/psychic mediums and energies that I am gifted to work with. My innate intuitive spirit led me to comfort and relieve many a sad and dejected souls of their negativity and lean times through various form of energy healing and on to the road of contentment, normalcy and happiness. Trigger points in a relationship:

Triggers are situations that represent painful reminders of your past - often linked to childhood - that impact how you react today. Triggers can be traced back to childhood experiences. For instance, if you’ve experienced neglect or abandonment, you might anticipate the same thing happening in your relationship.

Trauma in relationship !

Relationships can trigger trauma due to increased emotional intimacy, unresolved past experiences, and sometimes the reenactment of past traumas. As relationships deepen, vulnerability can bring past traumas to the surface and impact interactions with your partner.

How to recover from being triggered?

1.Grounding after a trigger:
Make sure you are actually safe. This means you might need to slow down, get into a quiet space, take a break or step away from the stressor and breathe deeply.
2.Loosen your jaw and remove your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
3.Remind yourself of your surroundings.
4. Focus on comfort.

How to stop getting triggered so easily?
How to deal with emotional triggers?
1.Memorize your reaction. Every emotion has an accompanying physical sensation.
2.Take a break.
3.Understand the feelings.
4.Work with a professional.
5.Take care of yourself.
6.Practice mindfulness and meditation.
7.Develop a grounding routine.
8. Establish healthy boundaries.

Don’t run away from emotions , Live them as they are the journey to the destination of your soul and is your learning .
Every single time you have been anxious it teaches you that you are a being of depth .
Every time someone was conflicted and walked away taught you hope that better is coming and words mean a world and keeping words is a commitment ; spiritually , holistically and literally .
Every single emotion of pain , sorrow , grief and distress teaches you a perspective of how you wish life to be and gave you courage and strength to better self and be sensitive to others and it gave you your biggest power EMPATHY.
Gratitude to all that came by in life and GRATITUDE to life as it has been the wisest mentor , guide and coach .

Invest in knowing ,”Who Am I ?”. What is it that will support me ? How do i regulate myself ? How do i seek support ? How do I not shy from asking to be heard and listened to without fixing sometimes and sometimes prompting myself to check the perspective and be reflective.
Sometimes “Just Be” and sometimes chalk out my own direction if my inner world and outer world .

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act as we cope with life. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices.
