Kartik month the most auspicious month and is a most dear month to Sri Radha Krishna

There is no other month equal to Kartika

This month is also known as Damodar maas as little Krishna performed his sweetest pastime ‘Damodar lila’ in Kartik month

Kartik month is the most rewarding month of the year. Every little devotional service, austerity or charity performed to please lord Krishna gets magnified a thousand times during this month.

Follow this simple yet very powerful spiritual practices to get the full benefit of this Kartik month

1. Offer Ghee Lamp to Lord Krishna and sing Damodarastakam prayers daily
2. Offer Lamp and water to tulasi Maharani, do Parikrama 3 times and offer obeisances, Offer tulasi to Lord Krishna
3. Chant more and more Hare Krishna Mantra daily as far as possible (Recommended 16 Rounds minimum daily by Srila Prabhupada)
4. Read Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam written by Srila Prabhupada more and more
5. Associate with Devotees by visiting temple, attend Mangala Arati and morning programs, hear Krishna Katha
6. Offer food to Lord Krishna and honor Krishna Prasadam
7. Visiting Vrindavan Dham and practicing these principles in Vrindavan Dham is most auspicious
