आप सभी को जैसा कि पता होगा, कोरोना वाइरस-१९ के जो कि एक सूक्ष्म जीवं है जिसे हम अपनी आंखों से नहीं देख सकते हैं। यह चाइना देश से पूरे विश्व में एक महामारी की तरह फैला है। हमारे देश भारत में भी यह महामारी एक एक करके लगभग सभी राज्यों में फैली है। हमारे देश के प्रधानमंत्री माननीय श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने बहुत ही अच्छा निर्णय लिया और देश भर में जनता कर्फ्यू लागू किया।

आप सभी को वायरस के बारे में थोड़ी जानकारी देना चहूंगा ताकि आप सभी इससे समझ सकें। वायरस की एक खासियत या कहें कमजोरी होती है कि ये तभी जिंदा रह सकते हैं जबतक इन्हे कोई होस्ट (जिन पर ये रह कर अपनी जरूरत की चीजें लेते या खाते हैं) ना मिल जाए। कॉरोना भी एक वायरस है और हम इन्हें वायरस इसलिए कहते हैं क्योंकि इनका इलाज संभव नहीं होता। जैसे हमारे शरीर में रोगों से लडने की क्षमता होती है उसी तरह वायरस भी किसी के शरीर में जाकर खुद को उसके अनुकूल बनने की कोशिश करता है ताकि ये उस जीव पर अधिक समय तक जिंदा रह सके। जिसको हम मेडीकल भाषा में लेवेल केहते है।

अभी तक जितने भी देश ये दावा कर रहे हैं कि कोरॉना वायरस की दवाई विकसित कर ली गई है, जो कि पूर्डतः सही नहीं है। अभी तक सिर्फ इसका पता कैसे लगाया जाए कि कोई व्यक्ति रोगी है या नहीं, ऐसे परीक्षण (टेस्ट) विकसित हुए हैं। अभी तक रोगी को अस्पताल में उन दवाओं पर रखा जाता है जो कि इस वायरस की ग्रोथ (बढ़त) को कम करती हैं। जब तक बाकी हमारे शरीर की इम्यूनिटी (रोगों से लडने की क्षमता) ही इसे मारने में काम करती है। यह वायरस खांसने या छींकने से आस पास की हवा में कुछ घंटो तक जिंदा रह सकता है।

इसलिए में सभी नोएडा, नागपुर, मैनपुरी, इटावा, पोर्ट ब्लेयर, दिल्ली में जिस भी व्यक्ति के साथ रहा हुं जो भी मेरी जानकारी में रहे हैं कृपया लोगो को ये संदेश भेजें। मेरी इस पोस्ट को पढ़ने वाले लोग भी अपने Facebook app whatsapp पर शेयर करें। लोग इस बात को समझें की इस लॉकडाउन से सभी काफी मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है लेकिन यह सिर्फ आपको है नहीं आपके परिवार और सभी को इस वायरस की चपेट में आने से रोकने के लिए है।
क्यूंकि किसी भी विकसित देश जैसे की अमेरिका, इटली , चाइना जैसे देशों ने समय रहते लॉकडॉउन नहीं किया। परिणाम आप देख सकते हैं कि आज वहां की जनता पैसों को सड़क पर फेंक रहे हैं। क्योंकि वहां की सरकार लोगों को नहीं बचा सकी। जीवन से बढ़कर कुछ नहीं है।

आप सभी को ये बताना चाहता हुं कि इस लोकडाउन को सफल बनाने में आप सभी को पूरी तरह भाग लेना है। अगर बहुत ही जरूरी हो तो ही घर से निकलें और N-95 मास्क लगाकर ही निकलें या फिर साफ कपड़े की 3 परत से मुंह और नाक को ढकें। हो सके तो आंखों पर चश्मा पहन लें ।
बिना हेलमेट के 2 पहिया वाहन लेकर ना जाएं। सोसाइटी या सरकार द्वारा दिया गया पास अपने साथ रखें। हो सके तो अकेले ही जाएं और एक ही बार में सभी प्रकार की आवश्यकता की चीजें ले आए। दुकानों पर अन्य व्यक्तियों से दूरी बनाएं रखें। पूरे कपड़े पहन कर जाएं और किसी भी व्यक्ति को ना छूए। जितना हो सके ऑनलाइन भुगतान करने की कोशश करें। Paytm Google Pay India PhonePe

एक डायटिशियन होने के नाते आपको सलाह देना चाहता हूं कि कुछ भी पकाने से पहले उसे हल्के गर्म पानी में धोएं, ऐसे फल जिन्हें छिलके सहित खाया जाता है जैसे कि अंगूर को अच्छे से धोएं और ताज़े फल ही लें।
एक ही जगह पर काफी समय तक ना बैठें या लेटें रहें। हर 40 मिनट बाद शरीर को थोड़ा व्यायाम करें या उठ कर धोड़ा घर में ही टहल लें। विटामिन सी वाले फलों का सेवन घर के बुजुर्गो को प्रतिदिन कराएं।जैसे कि - संतरा, मौसमी, अनानास, नीबू। मौसम वाले ही फलों को खाएं।
अगर आप टीनएजर 13-19 उम्र के हैं तो प्रतिदिन 2 घंटे excercise करें।
अगर आप 20-30 की उम्र के है तो कम से कम 1.30 घंटे का वाय्याम जरूरी है। अगर आप ऐसा नहीं करेंगे तो आपका शरीर की कार्यक्षमता कम हो जाएगी।
क्या ना करें?

ज्यादा ना सोएं । किसी भी एक ही चीज को अधिक मात्रा में ना खाएं चाहे वो फल हो या मसाले हो, चाय, कोल्ड ड्रिंक्स या कॉफी। अधिक मैदा वालीं चीजें या तली हुई चीजें। आप लोगों से अनुरोध है कि ज्यादा समय तक टेलीविजन, मोबाइल लैपटॉप का प्रयोग ना करें। हो सके तो पॉज़िटिव रहने की कोशश करें।

We all know that today's lifestyle if very fast, aggressive, techy, lots of electronic gadgets being used by each & everyone. We all need to understand the first thing which is very important that we are human. As per human nature anything different thing which is new to us (or specific person who attracted by the object) .. all we just demand for that or learn about that or wants to perform similar action which we saw/see. These things provide us happiness but the permanent. This may be for few times or days or we also can say . The very important thing in this digital life each and everyone is involved in a kind of race of himself/herself. But I truly believe and experienced that there is nothing better than your , , or the person who are consistent (closer/companion) in your life. There may be some goals you have set for yourself, for the other one. I just want to explain that please be social (physical meeting) with your family, friends, or the person which actually matters for you. Think about first for yourself specially for teenagers. Avoid unnecessary actions which youngsters do for show-off or to get attention. Later on they pay for such actions or might be in any trouble. They may be misguided, or deviated from his/her path. My point is - there are so many things which are not really important but just because we have seen with our friend/College/ co workers we want to have / own those same things ;Which may be not exact need for that age / time / situation.
So please avoid such action.. these steps maybe though for you but be honest with yourself and these things will give you inner peace. A relaxed mind and body.. what is important ?
Well what I have seen and studied about human phycology that a human need a human touch. Nothing can replace it with anything. People in big cities.. who says we don't have enough time to meet someone. Dear you are wrong.. everyone have time.. we need keep out of those unnecessary things which we see on social media, electronic devices, electronic games. Please avoid.. be with a team of society groups, gym group, group activities, outdoor games, planting, or painting, outdoor photography, hangout with friends. A human touch is very important in everyone's life which is now missing. Due to this future generation is moving on electronic social or socialised media which is very scary for the future.

Young kinds interest in mobile phone is the biggest example of that. Please use to give their mobile phones to infants to kids (1.3 years age to 3.7 year age) these things are not good in any aspects.

So the conclusion is - Please give time to yourself first and then to the person which is very important for you or part of your life. Show honesty in your work , lifestyle and behaviour. Be be active in group activities which gives you a human touch and feel alive.
