I didn’t choose fitness.
Movement chose me.

I spent 10 years in finance, chasing targets, promotions, deadlines…
until my own body collapsed after childbirth
inflammation, postpartum depression, zero clarity.

And that’s when I returned to where I truly belonged.

To movement.
To healing.
To the legacy I grew up watching.

I come from three generations of healers
a grandfather who built a naturopathy hospital,
a mother who healed through yoga & naturopathy
and a childhood where I saw movement repair what medicines couldn’t.

Today, my mission is simple:

I am Ena Gupta, a Health/Fitness Expert. Born into a family of fitness enthusiasts and MOM being into Yoga & Naturopathy for past 25 years running her own hospital; I was always passionate and keen to understand the basics of human body, how actually our body works and basic principles to keep oneself fit and healthy following a holistic approach.

I was working as a finance professional but giving birth to a baby changed my mind and body altogether. I became more obsessed to learn about healthy eating and lifestyle.

Knowledge, Learning & Experience of three generations is what make us different from others.
