In 1896, Thomas Edison, the brilliant inventor of the electric bulb, was working on a car design when he discovered that a young employee at his company had created an experimental automobile. That young man was Henry Ford.

At a company party in New York, Edison met Ford and was thoroughly impressed by his gasoline-powered car concept. While Edison had been considering electricity as a power source, he enthusiastically encouraged Ford, saying, **"Young man, that's the thing! You have it! I think you are on to something! I encourage you to continue your pursuits!"**

Inspired by Edison's words, Ford continued his work and eventually developed a car that made him both successful and wealthy.

Years later, on December 9, 1914, tragedy struck when a fire destroyed Edison's laboratory and factory. At 67 years old, he suffered a devastating loss that insurance could not fully cover. But before the ashes had even cooled, Henry Ford stepped in—handing Edison a check for $750,000, along with a note assuring him that more was available if needed.

In 1916, Ford moved his home next to Edison’s. When Edison later became confined to a wheelchair, Ford got one too—so they could race each other.

This lifelong friendship began with one man believing in another’s potential.

**Lesson:**
Never be jealous of someone else’s success. If you can’t win the race, help the person ahead of you break the record. Your candle doesn’t lose its light by igniting another. Let’s follow their example—supporting and uplifting each other!

Remember this Kenyan runner Abel Mutai who was just a few feet from the finish line, but became confused with the signage and stopped, thinking he had completed the race. A Spanish runner, Ivan Fernandez, was right behind him and, realizing what was happening, started shouting at the Kenyan to continue running. Mutai didn't know Spanish and didn't understand. Realizing what was taking place, Fernandez pushed Mutai to victory.

A journalist asked Ivan, "Why did you do that?" Ivan replied, "My dream is that someday we can have a kind of community life where we push and help each other to win."
The journalist insisted "But why did you let the Kenyan win?" Ivan replied, "I didn't let him win, he was going to win. The race was his." The journalist insisted, and again asked, "But you could have won!" Ivan looked at him and replied, "But what would be the merit of my victory? What would be the honor in that medal?
What would my Mother think of that?"

Values are passed on from generation to generation.

What values are we teaching our children?

Let us not teach our kids the wrong ways and means to WIN.

It was reported that a movie theater displayed a short film which began with a snapshot of the room ceiling. No details, no colors. Just a white ceiling.
The same scene remained displayed for 6 long minutes when the moviegoers started to get frustrated. Some complained about the film wasting their time and others started to leave.
Suddenly, the camera lens slowly started to move until it reached down towards the floor. A small child who appeared handicap was lying fixed on the bed, suffering from a spinal cord tear.
The camera then pans back up to the ceiling with the following words:
"We showed you only 8 minutes of this child's daily activity, only 8 minutes from the scene that this handicap child watches at all hours of his life, and you complained and weren't patient for even 6 minutes, you couldn't bear to watch it.."
Sometimes we need to put ourselves in others shoes in order to realize the magnitude of blessings we are given and to thank Creator for bestowing us with such blessings that we take for granted.

जिस मुंबई शहर में यशस्वी के पास सिर छिपाने के लिए छत नहीं थी, आज उसने उसी मुंबई में 5BHK फ्लैट खरीद लिया है। किसी फिल्मी कहानी में गरीब घर का लड़का पानीपुरी बेचकर रईस बन जाता है, यशस्वी जयसवाल ने इसे हकीकत में तब्दील कर दिया है। यशस्वी जायसवाल ने 21 साल की उम्र में टेस्ट डेब्यू पर शतक जड़कर इतिहास रच दिया है। यशस्वी डेब्यू टेस्ट में शतक जड़ने वाले तीसरे भारतीय सलामी बल्लेबाज बन गए हैं। वेस्टइंडीज के खिलाफ डोमिनिका टेस्ट में उन्होंने 387 गेंदों का सामना किया और 171 रन बनाए। उन्होंने अपनी पारी में 1 छक्का और 16 चौके लगाए। कहते हैं कि सच्चे दिल से की गई मेहनत कभी खाली नहीं जाती। यशस्वी जयसवाल जब मुंबई आए थे, तब यूपी क्रिकेट बोर्ड ने उन्हें अंडर-14 टीम के ट्रायल से निकाल दिया था। यह देखकर सुरियावां, भदोही में कोच आरिफ खान का दिल टूट गया था। उन्होंने 7 साल की उम्र से यशस्वी को ट्रेनिंग देनी शुरू की थी। कोच का दिल कह रहा था कि अगर लड़का बड़े शहर जाएगा तो बड़ा मुकाम बनाएगा। जब यशस्वी की उम्र 8 वर्ष थी, तब वह अपने क्लब की सीनियर टीम में आ गए थे। लेफ्ट हैंड स्पिन और नंबर 8 पर बैटिंग...!
यशस्वी ने उसी उम्र में बहुत सारे फंसे हुए मैच अपनी टीम को बल्ले के दम पर जिताए। प्रतापगढ़ जिले में जीत के लिए 8 रन बाकी थे और नन्हे यशस्वी को गेंदबाज ने 2 बाउंसर मार दिए। दोनों गेंद सीमा रेखा पार 4 रन और टीम विजयी। उस वक्त दर्शकों ने यशस्वी को खूब सारे पैसे दिए थे। कोच ने तो ठान लिया था, लेकिन परिवार इनकार कर गया। दरअसल यशस्वी के बड़े भाई तेजस्वी जयसवाल भी उसी क्लब की तरफ से क्रिकेट खेलते थे। वह यशस्वी से उम्र में 2 साल बड़े थे। तेजस्वी का भी बतौर लेफ्ट हैंड सलामी बल्लेबाज इलाके में भौकाल था। पिता की चूने की दुकान थी। यशस्वी कोचिंग की फीस के तौर पर चूना ही देते थे क्योंकि आर्थिक स्थिति अच्छी नहीं थी। पेरेंट्स ने कहा कि बड़े बेटे को मुंबई लेते जाइए, लेकिन छोटे वाले को घर पर रहने दीजिए। साल भर मान-मनव्वल का दौर चला। आखिरकार माता-पिता यशस्वी को मुंबई भेजने के लिए राजी हो गए। मुंबई के नालासोपारा में यशस्वी जायसवाल का पहला आशियाना था। वह वहीं से अपने ग्रुप के साथ प्रैक्टिस करने आजाद मैदान जाया करते थे। इस बीच यशस्वी के अंकल का किराए का घर उतना बड़ा नहीं था, जहां रह कर वह अपनी क्रिकेट की तैयारी जारी रख सकें। यहां से यशस्वी ने काल्बादेवी डेयरी में रात के आशियाने की उम्मीद में काम किया। एक दिन ये कहते हुए यशस्वी का पूरा सामान फेंक दिया गया कि वह कुछ नहीं करता है। उनकी सहायता नहीं करता, बल्कि दिनभर क्रिकेट के अभ्यास के बाद थक कर चूर हो जाने के कारण सो जाता है।
इसके बाद कई दिनों तक भूखे-प्यासे गुजरने के बाद यशस्वी को आजाद मैदान के टेंट में रहने की जगह मिल गई। भीषण गर्मी के दौरान उस टेंट में सो पाना बहुत मुश्किल होता था। इसलिए यशस्वी अक्सर रात में बीच मैदान बिस्तर लगाते थे। पर खुले में सोने का नतीजा हुआ कि एक रात यशस्वी के आंख में कीड़े ने काट लिया। उनकी आंख बहुत ज्यादा फूल गई थी। यशस्वी के पास इतने भी पैसे नहीं थे कि वह डॉक्टर के पास जा सकें और अपनी आंख का इलाज करवा सकें। उस दिन के बाद से चाहे कितनी भी गर्मी क्यों ना हो, यशस्वी टेंट में ही सोते थे। इसके बाद गुजारा करने के लिए आजाद मैदान में होने वाली रामलीला में यशस्वी पानीपुरी और फल बेचने में मदद करने लगे। ऐसी कई रातें आईं, जब साथ रहने वाले ग्राउंड्समैन से उनकी लड़ाई हो गई और बदले में यशस्वी को भूखा ही सोना पड़ा। रामलीला के दौरान कई बार यशस्वी के साथ प्रैक्टिस करने वाले खिलाड़ी उनकी दुकान पर गोलगप्पे खाने आ जाते थे। यशस्वी को उस वक्त बहुत शर्म आती थी। यशस्वी देखते थे कि दूसरे खिलाड़ियों के लिए उनके माता-पिता लंच लेकर आते थे। पर यशस्वी को तो टेंट में ब्रेकफास्ट मिलता नहीं था, लंच और डिनर भी खुद से रोटी और सब्जी बनाने पर नसीब होता था।
यशस्वी कहते हैं कि मुझे वो दिन भी अच्छे से याद हैं, जब मैं लगभग बेशर्म हो गया था। मैं अपने टीममेट्स के साथ लंच के लिए जाता था, ये जानते हुए कि मेरे पास पैसे नहीं हैं। मैं उनसे कहता था, पैसे नहीं हैं लेकिन भूख है। जब एक-दो टीममेट चिढ़ाते, तो मैं गुस्से में जवाब नहीं देता था। आंसू पीकर रह जाता था। ये सब बातें यशस्वी ने अपने बचपन के कोच आरिफ खान और परिवार को उस वक्त बिलकुल नहीं बताईं। उन्हें डर था कि सच्चाई पता चलने पर परिवार वापस बुला लेगा और फिर उनका हिंदुस्तान के लिए क्रिकेट खेलने का सपना अधूरा रह जाएगा। इसके बाद यशस्वी मुंबई के मशहूर क्रिकेट कोच ज्वाला सिंह के संपर्क में आए और शिद्दत के साथ मंजिल तक पहुंचने की कोशिश शुरू कर दी। इस बीच मुंबई क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन अंडर-14 टीम का ट्रायल ले रही थी। जिस यशस्वी जयसवाल को यूपी क्रिकेट बोर्ड ने ठुकरा दिया था, मुंबई क्रिकेट एसोसिएशन ने खुली बाहों से अपना लिया। यशस्वी ने मुंबई की अंडर-14 टीम में खेलते हुए अगले 5 सालों में 50 शतक जड़ दिए। हर दूसरे मैच में यशस्वी का शतक लगभग पक्का रहता था। ऐसी असाधारण प्रतिभा वाला बल्लेबाज देखकर मुंबई क्रिकेट संघ में खलबली मच गई।
ऐसा तूफानी प्रदर्शन देखकर यशस्वी को भारत की अंडर-19 टीम में शामिल कर लिया गया। इधर यशस्वी ने वाइट बॉल से खेले जाने वाले विजय हजारे ट्रॉफी में पूरा भौकाल कर दिया। मुंबई की सीनियर टीम की तरफ से बतौर सलामी बल्लेबाज उन्होंने अपने पहले ही मुकाबले में 113 रन जड़ दिए। उस टूर्नामेंट में उनका सर्वाधिक स्कोर 203 रन रहा। उस सीजन यशस्वी ने 1 अर्धशतक, 2 शतक और 1 दोहरे शतक की मदद से विजय हजारे ट्रॉफी के 6 मुकाबलों में 564 रन ठोक दिए। अब यशस्वी धीरे-धीरे देश की निगाह में आने लगे थे। भारत 2020 में अंडर-19 वर्ल्ड कप खेलने के लिए तैयार था और यशस्वी की फॉर्म बता रही थी कि उन्हें टीम से बाहर रखने का जोखिम मोल नहीं लिया जा सकता। दक्षिण अफ्रीका में खेले गए इस टूर्नामेंट में टीम इंडिया ने फाइनल तक का सफर तय किया। बाउंसी विकेट पर यशस्वी ने टूर्नामेंट में सबसे ज्यादा 400 रन बनाए। इस दौरान उन्होंने 1 शतक और 4 अर्धशतक लगाए। भारत बांग्लादेश के हाथों 3 विकेट से फाइनल जरुर हार गया लेकिन मैन ऑफ द सीरीज चुने गए यशस्वी जयसवाल का नया सफर शुरू हो चुका था। वर्ल्ड कप के ठीक बाद हुए IPL ऑक्शन में राजस्थान रॉयल्स ने यशस्वी को 2.4 करोड़ में खरीद लिया लेकिन सिर्फ 3 मैच खेलने का मौका दिया।
यशस्वी समझ गए थे कि IPL की प्लेइंग XI में आने के लिए उन्हें कुछ विशेष करके दिखाना होगा। 2021-22 की रणजी ट्रॉफी में यशस्वी ने 3 मुकाबलों में ही 3 शतक और 1 अर्धशतक के साथ 498 रन जड़ दिए। वह मुंबई की तरफ से क्वार्टरफाइनल, सेमीफाइनल और फाइनल में उतरे थे। सेमीफाइनल की दोनों पारियों में यशस्वी ने शतक ठोका था। मुंबई को रणजी चैंपियन बनाने के बाद यशस्वी वेस्ट जोन की तरफ से दलीप ट्रॉफी खेलने उतरे। पहले ही मैच में 228 रन और फाइनल में 265 रन। यशस्वी ने अकेले दम पर वेस्ट जोन को दलीप ट्रॉफी चैंपियन बना दिया। यशस्वी को इस प्रदर्शन के आधार पर इंडिया ए टीम में चुन लिया गया। उन्होंने यहां भी बांग्लादेश के खिलाफ ताबड़तोड़ शतक ठोक दिया। 2023 की शुरुआत में यशस्वी रेस्ट ऑफ इंडिया की तरफ से खेलने उतरे और रणजी ट्रॉफी चैंपियन मध्य प्रदेश के खिलाफ दोहरा शतक जड़कर टीम को चैंपियन बना दिया। पर 2021 और 2022 के IPL में यशस्वी का प्रदर्शन उम्मीदों के अनुरूप नहीं रहा।
IPL 2021 में 10 मैच खेलकर 1 अर्धशतक के सहारे 249 तो वहीं 2022 में 10 मुकाबलों में उनके बल्ले से 2 अर्धशतकों की मदद से 258 रन ही निकले। हालांकि राजस्थान रॉयल्स को उनपर पूरा भरोसा था। इसलिए टीम ने उन्हें 2022 मेगा ऑक्शन रिटेन किया था। आखिरकार IPL 2023 में यशस्वी ने अपनी टीम का भरोसा सूद समेत वापस किया। उन्होंने 14 मुकाबलों में 163.61 की स्ट्राइक रेट के साथ 5 अर्धशतक और 1 शतक की मदद से 625 रन ठोक दिए। नतीजा यह रहा कि वह इमर्जिंग प्लेयर ऑफ द टूर्नामेंट चुने गए। यशस्वी ने फर्स्ट क्लास क्रिकेट के 15 मुकाबलों की 26 पारियों में 80.21 की औसत से 1845 रन बनाए हैं। इस दौरान उसके बल्ले से 2 अर्धशतक और 9 शतक आए हैं। यशस्वी जयसवाल का क्रिकेटिंग करियर 8 साल की उम्र में दिसंबर-जनवरी की कड़कती ठंड में ट्रक की छत पर सफर करते हुए मैच खेलने से शुरू हुआ था। वह क्लब की ओर से यूपी के अलग-अलग जिलों में लेदर बॉल मैच खेलने जाते थे। आखिरकार 21 साल की उम्र में यशस्वी को अपनी कड़ी तपस्या का फल मिला। उन्होंने 12 जुलाई को वेस्टइंडीज के खिलाफ टेस्ट डेब्यू किया और पहली ही पारी में ताबड़तोड़ शतक बना दिया। उम्मीद है कि यशस्वी ODI वर्ल्ड कप, 2023 में भी नजर आएंगे। बल्ले के जोर पर टीम इंडिया को विश्व विजेता बनाएंगे। शतकों का अंबार लगाएंगे।

HEART TOUCHING STORY

One night in particular when she had made dinner after a long hard day's work, Mom placed a plate of 'subzi' and extremely burnt roti in front of my Dad.
I was waiting to see if anyone noticed the burnt roti. But Dad just ate his roti and asked me how was my day at school.
I don't remember what I told him that night, but I do remember I heard Mom apologizing to Dad for the burnt roti.
And I'll never forget what he said: "Honey, I love burnt roti."
Later that night, I went to kiss Daddy, good night & I asked him if he really liked his roti burnt. He wrapped me in his arms & said:
"Your momma put in a long hard day at work today and she was really tired. And besides... A burnt roti never hurts anyone but HARSH WORDS DO!"

एक हवाई जहाज का क्लीनर पायलट के कॉकपिट की सफाई कर रहा था, तभी उसकी नजर एक किताब पर पड़ी, जिसका शीर्षक था, "शुरुआती लोगों के लिए हवाई जहाज कैसे उड़ाएं (खंड 1)"
उसने पहला (प्रथम) पृष्ठ खोला जिसमें लिखा था: "इंजन शुरू करने के लिए, लाल बटन दबाएँ..."। उसने वैसा ही किया, और हवाई जहाज़ का इंजन चालू हो गया...
वह खुश हुआ और अगला पेज खोला...: "हवाई जहाज को चलाने के लिए, नीला बटन दबाएँ..." उसने ऐसा ही किया, और विमान अद्भुत गति से चलने लगा...
वह उड़ना चाहता था, इसलिए उसने तीसरा पृष्ठ खोला जिसमें लिखा था: हवाई जहाज को उड़ने देने के लिए, कृपया हरा बटन दबाएँ... "उसने वैसा ही किया और विमान उड़ने लगा...
वह उत्साहित था...!!
बीस (20) मिनट की उड़ान के बाद, वह संतुष्ट था, और उतरना चाहता था, इसलिए उसने चौथे (चौथे) पेज पर जाने का फैसला किया... और पेज चार (4) कहता है; "यह जानने में सक्षम होने के लिए कि विमान को कैसे उतारा जाए, कृपया निकटतम किताब की दुकान से खंड 2 खरीदें!"
पूरी जानकारी के बिना कभी भी कुछ भी करने का प्रयास न करें
अधूरी शिक्षा न केवल खतरनाक है बल्कि विनाशकारी है!!!

An engineer in a car manufacturing company designs a world class car. The CEO is impressed with the outcome and praised him a lot.

While trying to bring out the car from the manufacturing area to the showroom, they realised that the car is 2 inches taller than the entrance.

The engineer felt bad that he didn't notice this one before creating the car.

The CEO was confused on how to take it outside of the manufacturing area.

The painter said that they can bring out the car and there will be a few scratches on top of the car which could be touched up later on.

The engineer said that they can break the entrance, take the car out, and later re-do it.

The CEO was not convinced with any ideas and felt like it is a bad sign to break or scratch.

A Watchman was observing all the drama & slowly approached the CEO. He wanted to give an idea if they had no problem.

They wondered what this guy would tell them that the experts could not give.

The watchman said "The car is only a few inches taller than the entrance so, simply release the air in the tyre, the height of the car will sink and can be easily taken out"...

Everyone clapped!!!

Don't analyse the problems only from an expert point of view alone.

Life issues are also the same....

Think Simple...
Do Simple and Live Simple

Release some Air ... It could be our 'anger' .... our 'disappointments'... our 'egos'... Our 'confusions' ..

In the end it's all about "Adjusting The Height" ( Attitude ), to make things easier in life and uncomplicate the things in life.
