In todayโ€™s lifestyle, constant activity, stress and long sitting hours often lead to fatigue, mental restlessness and stiffness in the back and shoulders.

โœจ Regular practice helps:
โœ” Gently stretch the lower back, hips and thighs
โœ” Relieve tension in spine and shoulders
โœ” Calm the mind and reduce stress & anxiety
โœ” Promote deep relaxation through mindful breathing

๐Ÿง˜ How to practice:
โ€ข Start by kneeling on the mat (Vajrasana position)
โ€ข Slowly bend forward, bringing your forehead towards the mat
โ€ข Stretch arms forward or keep them beside your body
โ€ข Let your chest rest on thighs and relax completely
โ€ข Breathe slowly and deeply

โฑ Hold the position for 20โ€“40 seconds
๐Ÿ” Repeat 3โ€“5 times

โš ๏ธ Advisory:
โ€ข Avoid in case of severe knee pain or injury
โ€ข People with recent abdominal surgery should avoid
โ€ข High BP โ€“ keep head supported or practice with guidance
