Namaste,

On Sunday, April 12th, from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm, we will be starting the Basic Meditation Course for Beginners i.e. Introduction to Kriya Yoga, Level 1.

This course will be held at Noida Ashram ONLY(Only offline and not ONLINE).

This is a 2-class series with classes on the 12th of March & 19th of April.

Course Fee: Rs 1500

In this class series learn how to:

Meditate effectively
Live a happier, restful and harmonious life
Become more intuitive, function with more creativity and energy in all aspects of life
