Patient was presented with earlier extraction space and wants to replace the missing tooth within a week time.
We MARIAN DENTAL AND IMPLANT TEAM were happy to deliver this dresm with the help of computer guided implant along with digital impression technique.
Computed guided implant was placed without even opening tissue and immediate loading was done within the 3rd day..
Very less surgical procedures. Minimal trauma and very fast healing.

A male patient of age 47, came for immediate replacement of broken upper anterior tooth 21. Extraction followed by immediate implant placement was the ideal treatment suggested for this case. But patient had an episode of stroke before 1 month and is currently under anticoagulant medication. So extraction was not adviced by the consultant.

Proceeding with old school technique of bonded restoration. A fiber post was used to bond the natural tooth pontic to adjacent teeth and bonded restoration was done in relation to 21. The whole procedure was done in a single visit.

Kindly note that this procedure is not a crown / capping procedure. Aesthetics were restored in a single appointment.

Clinical case of FUSION.
When two tooth buds fuse together to become a large tooth.

A female patient of age 45 reported to the clinic with grossly decayed root stump in right maxillary second premolar( 15). All primary diagnosis were done and pre operative RVGs were taken. Non traumatic extraction of 15 was done followed by IMMEDIATE Implant placement in relation to 15. Straumann Neodent Aqua Implant was placed for this case. Expecting complete osteo integration within one and a half to two months.

Post operative RVGs were taken and follow up checkup done.
