❄️ Winter Run 2025 reminded us that cold mornings build the warmest spirits. Every runner who showed up today proved that dedication always rises above the chill. 💙🏃‍♂️

As physiotherapy partners for Winter Run 2025, Team Plexus had the privilege of supporting runners through warm-ups, recovery care, and injury-prevention guidance. Winter running challenges the body in unique ways — tighter muscles, slower joints, and colder breathing patterns — but with awareness and preparation, every stride becomes stronger and safer.

Today’s event was a celebration of movement, discipline, and community. And we’re proud to have stood beside every participant as they pushed their limits with courage and heart.

As the temperature drops, your muscles take longer to warm up and your joints become less lubricated. This means:

💡 Kya aapka teen bacha bhi aise baithta hai? — Toh yeh padho 👇

AIIMS ke ek recent study ke hisaab se, mobile aur computer par zyada time spend karne wale teens mein forward-head posture, neck aur shoulder pain, tight hamstrings, aur lower back discomfort zyada dekha gaya hai.

Yeh kyu dangerous hai?
• Poor posture bachpan se shuru hota hai — aur badhti umar ke saath spine par load badhata hai.
• Pain aane se pehle hi body ke movement aur posture kharab hone lagte hain.
• Main khud ek physio hoon — aur yeh trend har din badhta dekh rahi hoon.

Toh kya kar sakte ho tum (ya tumhara teen):
✅ Har 30–40 minute mein ek screen break lo.
✅ Seedha baitho, screen ko eye-level par rakho.
✅ Roz 10–15 min barefoot outdoor play — haan, yeh real flexibility deta hai.
✅ Roz simple moves: chin tucks + scapular squeezes – 2 mins aur kaam ho gaya.
✅ Agar pain ya stiffness feel ho raha hai — ignore mat karo, preventive physio care lo.

🌱 Physiotherapy sirf tab ke liye nahi hai jab pain aa chuka ho — yeh un moments ke liye hai jab body signal dene lagti hai.
