This mixer is special needs of tablet manufacturing technology. Design is homogenous mixing of uniformity in granule size. The High Shear Mixer Granulator used for process of fast dry & wet mixing, Homogenizing, Humidifying and Granulating of the powder in Pharma, Chemical, Cosmetic, Food and Plastic. Vibro sifter or sieving and grading machine, or gyratory sieving machine, We manufacture sifter according to your sieving and grading requirements, we also manufacture ultrasonic sifter for difficult powders which do not easily pass through the sieves on its own, an ultrasonic vibration does the toughest of tough jobs easily.
Less assembling & moving parts than mechanical shifter. Wide versatility of serves in respect of their design (Moulded, Solder, welded) & opening size to suit the output requirement.
Special type of vibrating motor for generating vibration.
A new designed spring action transfers the movement of the particle and tries to move as per the patterns which are formed on the screen. Mostly used for pharmaceutical powders, ceramic product and food products. Low maintenance & easy to clean.

Drive mechanism consists of motor coupled with reduction gear box. Polishing pan can be interchanged with coating pan supplied with hot air blower system of suitable capacity, either electrical or steam heating system. OINTMENT MANUFACTURING PLANT - 50KGS.

Ointment Manufacturing Plant is designed to handle processes right from transferring of raw material to the delivery of finished products. Coming with digital metering pump fitted in hopper of filling machine, this plant is used for production of lotion and is so designed that it saves on valuable batch processing time. The plant offers efficient heating & cooling with support of accurate temperature control even in cases where processing is done for Small qualities.

1) Provides functioning that is untouched by hand. Homogenizer functioning as transfer pump for efficient discharge of the Finishing product.
2) Provides for perfect particle as well as droplet size control Hygienic construction to ensure contamination free working environment.

11) In manufacturing vessel both wax & water are homogenized to make a uniform emulsion and cooled by passing chilled water into the jacket of manufacturing vessel.
12) After the emulsion is formed active ingredients /colors are added and are thoroughly mixed & homogenized. Later necessary perfume is added in case of cosmetics or wherever necessary.
13) The same is transferred by bump pump into the storage vessel & from the storage vessel it is automatically transferred into the filling machine by means of metering pump.
14) Flow rate of metering pump can beset as per your tube filling machines speed and capacity.
15) In between interconnecting pipe line is connected with manual/ pneumatic valves for easy transfer of material

OCTAGONAL BLENDER - 300Lts

For dry powder mixing of a small quantity active ingredient with large quantity of powder. A quantity relationship between components, higher than 1:100 can be mixed effectively. Used for lubrication process in tableting, The shape of blender, Powder mixes well because of very low RPM. Therefore there is no impact on the powder and it mixes well. This machine is basically a container which tumbles around and its own axis driven by gear box and motor. Loading & unloading is easy. The working capacity of the blender is 60% of total volume.
