Mask-X Next-Generation Face Masks. A futuristic solution developed by the team GenX. Among them, 1.56 billion discarded face masks have entered the ocean.

Around 52 billion masks have been manufactured in 2020 as part of pandemic prevention efforts. These disposed of non-biodegradable masks made from polypropylene, weighing between 4,680 and 6,240 metric tonnes, could take at least 450 years to degrade. Microplastics released by them would enter the body of marine creatures, severely impacting their life cycle. We Team GenX strives to provide technological solutions to contain the spread of Covid-19, enable users to handle the risk, and empower society to recover back to normal. We developed a smart solution to face - Environmental challenges raised by conventional disposable face masks. We are Introducing you, our next generation smart face mask, Mask-X.
