CALCANEAL SPUR - We get many cases of heel pain at the OPD and many of them have heel spurs or Calcaneal spurs which can very easily be managed with Ayurvedic management.

Sharp, stabbing pain in the heel (especially with first steps in the morning or after rest).
Pain decreases after some activity but may return with prolonged standing/walking.
Localized tenderness at the bottom of the heel.
Swelling and mild warmth in the heel area (sometimes).
Pain worsens with barefoot walking or on hard surfaces.

Exercise Routines for Different Fitness Levels
Beginner Routine
Goal: Build basic strength and endurance
Warm-up (5 minutes): March in place, arm circles, gentle stretching
Circuit (Repeat 2x):
Bodyweight squats – 10 reps
Wall push-ups – 10 reps
Standing knee lifts – 10 reps per side
Seated chair dips – 8 reps
Standing side bends – 10 reps per side
Cool-down (5 minutes): Gentle stretching, deep breathing.
Intermediate Routine
Goal: Increase strength and cardiovascular fitness
Warm-up (5 minutes): Light jogging or brisk walking, dynamic stretches
Circuit (Repeat 3x):
Jumping jacks – 20 reps
Push-ups – 12 reps
Walking lunges – 10 reps per leg
Plank – 30 seconds
Mountain climbers – 15 reps per side
Cool-down (5 minutes): Stretch major muscle groups, focus on breathing
Advanced Routine
Goal: Challenge strength, endurance, and agility
Warm-up (5 minutes): High knees, arm swings, dynamic stretching
Circuit (Repeat 4x):
Burpees – 15 reps
Pull-ups or assisted pull-ups – 8 reps
Jump squats – 15 reps
Push-ups (decline or standard) – 15 reps
Plank with shoulder taps – 20 reps
Bicycle crunches – 20 reps per side
Cool-down (5-10 minutes): Deep stretching, foam rolling if available
Tips:
Adjust repetitions and sets based on your comfort and progress.
Rest for 30–60 seconds between exercises and circuits.
