Goa’s 1st and only Pilates Studio
Goa Pilates studio is Goa’s 1st and only, state of the art and fully equipped Pilates & EMS Studio. Our fitness centre is fully equipped with Reformers, Stability Chairs, Barrel, Gym Balls, Magic Rings, Bands, Foam Rollers, Halo Rings, Kettlebells, Indian Clubbells and Mace (Gada). We welcome people of all ages and levels of physical ability including senior citizens and people requiring rehabilitiation .We are also capable to work with injuries of all types as well. Here’s a little about our instructor, Savita Dabas.
