Chronic thrombocytopenia (Decreased platelets count since 5 years) . This patient had his platelets count around 60-70 and never raised beyond 70 . SOME DO'S AND DON'TS FOR VARICOSE VEINS
DO'S- Exercise regularly.
Take small breaks and flex your limbs
LEG STRETCHING - lie down and keep your legs up wards at 90 degree to the body at hold them for 10 to 15 seconds. Do the same for 3 sets regularly. Notice the change.
Use compression stockings in case venous blood flow stoppage
Last but not least DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

DON'TS - overstrain yourself
