"Most of Humans treat their bodies like underpaid employees and then wonder why sodium and potassium run off in protest 👀! Anyway, here’s the clean, sensible explanation you actually need 🤓. How to Balance Electrolytes in the Body 💪

1. Hydrate properly 💧 Not drowning, not dehydrated, just normal 🤷‍♀️. Use:
Coconut water � coconut water is the best!
Lemon water with a pinch of rock salt
Homemade ORS (water + pinch sugar + pinch salt + lemon) 🍋
Buttermilk 🥛 These help restore sodium, potassium and chloride 💡

2. Eat potassium-rich foods 🥗 Potassium is the diva of electrolytes . Without it, everything goes wobbly 🤑! Include:
Banana 🍌
Coconut water 💧
Papaya
Spinach, methi, lauki 🌿
Dal, sprouts
Nuts and seeds 🌰

Start with sargi that’s rich in complex carbs — like phulka, paneer, and fruits. Add soaked almonds and a big glass of water with sabja seeds or coconut water — your hydration armor for the day.

🕛 During the fast:
Avoid walking in the sun and skip caffeine — it’s a moisture thief.
