A 52-year-old woman came in with a major heart attack. Her heart’s main artery, the LAD–D1 bifurcation, was critically blocked — a life-threatening challenge.

Using the Mini-Crush technique, the cardiology team performed a primary PCI: both vessels were carefully wired, predilated, stented one by one, and finalized with a kissing balloon inflation.
