Don’t assume the worst before life even happens.
Most of the stress you feel is not real. It comes from your thoughts.
You imagine things going wrong, people leaving, plans failing, life not working out.
And your body starts reacting as if all of it is already true.
In reality, very few of these things actually happen. Still, the mind keeps repeating the same fear again and again.
This is how the mind tries to protect you, by expecting the worst.
But in doing that, it slowly takes away your peace.
Not everything will go wrong. In fact, many things will go right.
Start allowing that possibility.
Train your mind to expect better. To expect things to work out. To expect positive outcomes.
Because when you expect the positive, you create space for it to happen.
And most of the time… life meets you there.
