We were delighted to host an enlightening academic session titled
“Optic Clues – When the Eye Reflects the Brain” on October 22 at Hotel SP Grand Days, Thiruvananthapuram.
The session explored the intricate connection between ophthalmology and neurology.
The evening featured two enriching talks:
“Optic Disc – A Diagnostic Compass” by Dr. Kiran Gopalakrishnan, Senior Consultant, Glaucoma & Cornea, Precise Speciality Eye Care.
“Optic Neuritis – Where Ophthalmology Meets Neurology” by Dr. Manoj P, Senior Consultant, Neuromedicine, Sree Gokulam Medical College & Research Foundation.
The session commenced with a warm welcome address by Dr. Jayaram V R, Senior Consultant, Cornea & Refractive Surgery, Precise Speciality Eye Care.
The discussions were expertly chaired by Dr. Ashok Nataraj, Senior Consultant, Vitreo Retinal Surgery, and Dr. Anitha Prabhakaran, Senior Consultant & Paediatric Ophthalmologist, Precise Speciality Eye Care.
The event witnessed the participation of many experienced doctors and specialists, making it a valuable platform for academic exchange and professional collaboration.
