There are 1000 reasons written for cause of death.

Birth and death is ultimate truth. What one should be concern is journey from birth to death - quality and healthy living v/s unhealthy living.

Pollution/adulateration in air, water and food impacts on health and makes the journey towards death painful and cause of problem to many in various ways.

Let's not forget fear of death made us under lockdown of COVID so let's not fear death but Let's work towards quality and healthy life till the D day.

Life style disases like high or low blood pressure, diabeters, joint or bone pains, hormone issues, skin issue, allergies, headaches, digestion issues, anger, disturbed sleep, fears etc diseases are some of lables for unhealthy living.

Hope my view is making some sense to readers.

Mundka Fire is another case of blatant violation of safety norms.
In my opinion there is a need for a strong Social Watch. Waiting for the government to identify violations and act on it not enough. Let me share a small example.... very often when any wrong doings take place in your neighbourhood and you tend to raise concerns the beneficiary of the wrong doings will invariably argue is it happening in your place why you are raising concerns... let the government do it...the other things that sometimes happen is a threat to the whistle blower. Don’t you think these are Citizenship issues and people should be fearless to raise voices against wrong doings.
In Mundka a huge building got constructed illegally without any safety protocols, so many people started working in an unsafe environment no one raised their eyebrows. My view is not to undermine the responsibility of the government/ULBs... but to emphasise Citizens responsibility too

Jai Hind....
Before the Pandemic caused by Covid-19, nobody in India was interested in masks, social distancing, use of sanitizers, gloves, PPE, Vaccination etc. but Corona variants since 2019 -till date taught us all after taking the lives of a large number of people, giving a great economic downfall and a great panic.
It is time that now we should understand, wake up and get aware and prepared for coming future technological causes of grand Disasters like caused by Nuclear and Radiological Terrorism/War or caused by some accident or deliberate release of radioactive contamination.

No matter where you are living in the world, covid-19 has impacted each one of us. The pain can now be felt in the air. There is pain in the air not because of the screams and cries but also because by thinking and talking negative, we all are adding more negativity in that air.

We might not have control over the situation but there are ways we can lead ourselves out of this time. Try to stay optimistic by reminding yourself that it will end. Instead of talking about how damaging the situation is, speak about how encouraging your family, friends or so many people around the world have been.

Don't keep checking the data and statistics. Keep your own health chart up to date. Look after your health, eat healthy and eliminate junk food. Do physical but also mental exercise. Meditate for some time every day. Read, listen and speak positive and give your mind rest.

This time will pass and soon we all will walk out of it.

Sending heartfelt wishes, prayers and love to all those who need🌸
