Listen to your brain signals for weight reduction...
If one eats 1/4th to half of his diet in 15- 20 minutes, it will provide more energy, and efficiency, besides keeping one active. The signal from the satiety(hunger) center goes from the brain after 15-20 minutes. So its advisable that you eat your food slowly so better have salads, soups and other starters before your main meal and spread your eating time to 20 minutes.
